A psychological breakthrough is visible here as energy is released and contained within the therapy room, not contained within myself. Two comfortable empty, equal, chairs tell us that I’m facing my true self more and more. A therapist acts as a mirror for us to face what’s needed to be worked through and it was a long time until this was understood and accepted.
