As awareness grows, and weekly therapy allows for the discussion of the many books being read, the ability to see outside of myself feels joyful. An allowance to be coloured, and changed, by what the ‘outside’ has thrown in my path (good and bad) leads to acceptance which leads to peace. Read more about the Mental Health project here.
